Accounting On Demand is highly skilled in setting up, implementing, and training for generalized accounting software including QuickBooks Desktop™, QuickBooks On-Line(QBO)™, Sage™ and Xero™. Amin also offers these services for payroll and billing packages such as ADP™, Paychex™, Intuit Payroll™ (QuickBooks Payroll™) and Bill.com™.
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Accounting On Demand prepares financial statements, such as Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Actual vs Budget, etc., and reviews these documents with business owners in detail. Amin then presents the financials at Board of Directors and Finance Committee meetings, upon request.
PREPARING FOR TAXES
Amin provides clients with tax-ready financial statements for their tax return preparers, but helping clients organize their taxes doesn’t end here. Accounting On Demand also works closely with many clients’ CPA’s to ensure a smooth transfer of information.
AUDIT PREPARATION
Amin is experienced in preparing financial schedules that are the foundation of audits. In addition, he often collaborates with clients’ auditors before and during audits to ensure a smooth and seamless audit.
CONTROLLER SERVICES
Having been a Director of Accounting and Administration prior to starting Accounting On Demand, Amin is highly qualified to carry out the duties of a Controller on an interim basis when clients are seeking to fill these positions.

Amin Shaheen has over 20 years of experience as an accountant. He started his career with Price Waterhouse, then joined two nonprofits, Population Action International and Children’s National Medical Center and worked his way up to Director of Accounting and Administration for law firm Institute for Justice. This journey gave Amin the knowledge and hands-on management skills needed to start Accounting On Demand in 2002.
As owner, Amin is the company’s sole employee. As sole employee he can take a personalized approach with each client that includes innovative answers to any questions that may arise.
Amin manages his clients’ finances in complete confidentiality, giving them peace of mind that their most sensitive financial information is safe and secure.
